Ralton AM Pty Ltd (Ralton) under Will Riggall and Clime Investment Management Limited(ASX:CIW) (Clime) have commenced a strategic collaboration to deliver best in class outcomes to clients.
Will Riggall has acquired Ralton from 360 Capital (ASX:360) and remains Portfolio Manager for the four strategies, providing continuity in process and strategy and continuing Ralton’s client first focus and commitment to superior returns over the long term. As part of the relationship, Ralton will be supported by the strength of the Clime Asset Management Pty Ltd Investment Team, who, led by Adrian Ezquerro, have 13 team members with over 130 years of combined investment experience.
Ralton AM Pty Ltd has been appointed as a Corporate Authorised Representative of AdviceNet Pty Ltd (AFSL No 308200), a wholly owned subsidiary of Clime.
The new structure of Ralton will provide greater alignment between principal and investor. Supported by operational, marketing and distribution capability built over a 25-year period, Ralton moves into a new stage of performance and service delivery.
Clime’s CEO Annick Donat states:
